Anyone tried Chrome SPD shoes?

Just wondering if anyone's tried the Chrome SPD shoes like the Kursks or Truk. Thinking about going clipless but it'd be handy not to have to carry a second pair of shoes with me.

They're spendy out. What about a nice pair of 661s or 5-10s?

They look a bit hefty. Wouldn't mind paying the extra 20 quid or so for something casual that I could get away with wearing around campus or town without looking out of place.

I got these for commuting, they are reasonably shower-proof and look fairly normal. Good thick soles mean you don't click around the place.

(cheaper in my LBS than wiggle, too)
