Drinking red wine and giving out to myself for eating salt and vinegar crisps 'cos they've left the inside of my cheeks raw and my tongue feels like a cat's.

If you were to peep in my window you'd see me running my tongue all around the inside of my mouth like there's something wrong with me.

Also watching Britain's Got Talent.
Tomorrow I'll be cooking a roast beef and generally chilling out arsing around.

Nothing wrong with doing nothing, could be worse.
You could be out in some jazzed up bar looking miserable and still emotionally hungover from celtictiger era, grasping onto the last straw.
Thinking, tonight ill meet the one, tonight ill have a great night....

Only to go home to the sound of the door lstch closing behind you.
Lie in bed and wonder why your life isn't as realistic as talafornia or some other MTV reality show. ....

Only to go out next weekend on another superficial trip, same restaurant, same pub's talk about how gorgeous you are, and finish it off in that z lis celeb tacky nightclub. ..

Well I was working Friday & Saturday so get a 1-day w/end and I plan on one long cycle to anywhere! Just need to get some decent time in on my bike.

Only managed 1 decent spin this past week before my back started giving me grief and the pain spread to my legs (trapped nerve); so I've high hopes & plans for my Sunday Cycle.
