I have been clamped in Naas by NCPS. Feel screwed as was only gone up to the bank up the street to get money out and came back with change then to buy a ticket, but was clamped by then time I got back circa 20mins later. Parent and child spot or not, this started the same way these things usually start, lack of any decent parking provisions, and the driver is clamped by the order of the management company that can't provide adequate parking.
