Please stay away from Arvato!! my gf got a job there last month and since then she's been asked to work on average 12 hours shift a day including weekends and EASTER sunday, in june they are expecting to work 22 days in a row on a 12 hours shifts!!!! nevertheless they dont even pay overtime and the whole transaction specialist dept is on a 19K contract!! im still trying to figure out how thiscan be legal in a EUROPEAN country!! last friday she handed out her notice after only 6 weeks in the role, but as you can all imagine it is phisically impossible to sustain such shifts in the long term!!!

Accenture was there before Arvato, they paid overtime.

That pay for them hours doesn't sound right, but I think Arvato will have it covered legally.

    Yes it's 19k

As you work under an annualized hours system they do not pay overtime apart from bank holidays. This is paid at your hourly rate.

In July and January each year we do a calculation to see if you have worked the correct number of hours you should have in a 6 month period based on a 40 hour week. If there is a negative or positive balance we deduct or pay out the hours. We pay you hours at €10 per hour.

Q: Are people obliged to work 12 hour shifts 22 days in a row? :O

No phone work at all for a transaction specialist. The work is all computer based data entry. Very boring I lasted 2months. Be prepared if working in June it's year end long hours including weekends. One week I did 80hours
