I'm amazed at the amount of Liveline contributors who have a problem saying "CCTV".

    CCCV

    CTTV

    CVTV

Jesus, is it that hard to say?

What's the story with these carers? Who's their employers? If it's the HSE or a private company then it's them they have to talk to in relation to parking, canteen space to prepare their own food etc. If it's the individual patient than they need to build these expenses into their fees.

I was always under the impression that hosptial parking was expensive as it was short term cost (and there's clearly a provision in place for those people who's relatives are in long term care) and was to deter people from parking there for the day and going into town which was a huge problem in my local hospital.

Margaret....€200 might well be a "fortune" to you, but not to the gent you're speaking with

This woman's husband is in a hospice and what's worrying her is the price of parking and tea and coffee in James' vs the hospice.

Speaking from experience the hospital dont tell you whats available to you if its a long term high dependency patient. Until 3-4months later after you having paid parking all along. Yet they see your face day in day night

So, defrauding the bank is fine?

Yet if a mistake was made and one of this woman's relatives was out of pocket because someone unlawfully accessed their account she'd be the first to complain probably.
