    Red lights in Spain are a suggestion to stop - you don't actually need to
    stop - especially if you pass them slowly or fly through them at the 1st few or last few seconds of said light being red - at least from what I witness 5-6 times every day.

    Everyone is corrupt, lazy and just tries to rip you off ...

    I'm married to one of the breed, and have lived over there for several extended periods. I agree with the red lights being a suggestion to slow down, and there is some extra red tape (like having to show your bleedin DNI all the time!) but tarnishing the whole country as lazy and corrupt is a bit OTT.
