I ordered two Nooks through Very.com via Flubit on the 9th May. Received an email today to say they have just been dispatched. Cost 33 euro each including delivery ( free stay at parcel motel). It Might be an option for those having trouble with Littlewoods, (even though they are the same company).

Lucky you!

My flubit order via Very made on the 10th was cancelled by flubit as there's no more stock left. So perhaps the Very route isn't an option any more.

Mine just arrived, one day later than original delivery date. Was ordered on the first, in the evening. Charging it at the moment, to update and root this afternoon.

Mine is scheduled for the 20th, still down as Order Processing on website. Initially had to ring them to get the order to that stage as there was no movement at all on it after I placed the order, got some spiel about new customers and issue with account or something and was updated Order Processing weeks ago and hasn't budged since. Thinking of ringing them again.

Yes I'm in the same boat. Periodically refreshing the order status page throughout the day. Unfortunately no movement yet, hopefully they'll dispatch soon though.

Can anyone confirm if an email is sent out by Littlewoods when the order is dispatched?

I emailed to find out whats going on and tell them of my disappointment, got this reply:

Yay just got two dispatch emails for the Nook's I ordered. I ordered on May 2nd and they have been at the Order Processing at Warehouse stage ever since. My final delivery date estimate is May 17th.

There is hope for everyone!!

The staff use a template system. If they can see that your delay has been less than 14 days (usually) you'll just get that template.

Also anyone who is waiting on delivery from littlewoods should keep a close eye on the tracking. Items can sit in the fastway warehouses for longer than you can believe or worse, be marked as delivered without you knowing. Take it from someone who used to send those bloody template emails.

I emailed them to request if the Ship Date on my order could be pushed out, as I'm going to be on holidays around the 20th. Anyway, they replied back saying that their dropship partner couldn't accommodate any changes. Then that was followed by news that it has shipped. It better make it here by Friday!

For popular items like this I'd imagine they've shipped a lot over from the U.K to be delivered. So I'd imagine all should go to plan and most should receive it Friday/Saturday.

People like myself are probably out of luck but this will more than likely end in their being no more supply of the items I.e the touchpads. Littlewoods will keep taking pre orders though as it gets new accounts and more customers while they wait by an extended delivery date that often doesn't materialise.

I ordered from Littlewoods on the 30th April. Cancelled on 10th May after delivery date was changed to 12th June. Ordered from John Lewis instead. Just showed up in the Parcel Motel depot. Took four days start to finish. I know who I'll be using in future.
