Web Design Part time Courses

Hi

Not sure if this is the right forum. But wondering if anyone knows of any company doing part time Website Design Courses in Tipperary or close by maybe Limerick!

Not sure of any IT's doing them but FAS occasionally do them with a company called ISkill. 17 week course focusing purely on Dreamweaver. All depends weather its web design or Web Development you want to do. Its fine as an entry level to web design.

Theres also lots of tutorials out there. Best is:

Start with HTML and CSS and once you get the basics you can move onto HTML5 and CSS3. I have about 2 years web experience so if you need more info contact me

If you cant find a course of your liking in your area you can contact a member of your local fas course and suggest they run a course. Sometimes if there is demand for something they will arrange a course.

Not sure if they still do it but they used to have Web Design as a blended learning course online also so you could look into that

Thanks very much. Didnt realise they were full time, I am looking for evenings, but I will get in touch as you suggested, probably easier to find what im looking for!!!

Ah sorry, I didnt know you were after part time.
The blended learning is an option so if you have access to a decent computer and broadband internet. Im not sure if FAS still do these but they have done dreamweaver in the past. Again enquire about this at your local office if interested and they will give you more information.

For Web design though I would search for online tutorials as they are pretty comprehensive and I learned more online than in the FAS course.
