Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    If anyone has either Arkham asylum or Bioshock 1 keys they don't need, I would appreciate it. I had on physical media once upon a time but alas, no longer.

    Ofcourse, I have and love their sequels buts it would be lovely to play them again. Cheers. :)

    Arkham Asylum used Games for Windows Live, the key should have been saved on that account.

    So as far as I can tell, I have no CD key, and the game doesn't regard my reformatted PC as the original authorised one, so I have no idea how to play my genuinely purchased game.

    Or I might just be a massive PC noob...

    Just do what I did. Install off of the Disc and then get a no code hack online. Works a treat.

    That's hugely generous but I couldn't let you do that. Steam codes are a lot easier to "post" than to actually POST something. :P

    I've beaten it a dozen times anyway, it would just be nice to have it again. I lost a lot of discs that I kept in a leather folder and Bioshock was one of them. I should have just left it in its case in the first place. It came in a nice metal one if memory serves.

    Edit: UberPrinny hit the nail on the head. It was a tin case that came with a Big Daddy model. He was the business. His drill arm broke off on mine and he looked just as menacing. :p

    And james, you should do that. He has the disc already so it makes the most sense to give him the key :)

    Ah it's grand, had already completed it on PS3 when the good lady bought it for me. Knee deep in BS Infinite as the minute so I don't think it will ever see the light of day again. Might as well find a home somewhere. :)

    Plus I want to add to my positive karma in this thread 'cause there's some great people here being madly generous and I don't want to feel like I'm abusing the thread if I see something I want.

    I'm on my second playthrough of Infinite at the moment. Very enjoyable the second time round as you know the score and get all the subtle nods that you miss the first time through. It's fun to use different weapons and vigors too. On my original, I just used Crows and Shock and never touched anything else. Going with bucking bronco and the Flame one this time. Great fun.

    Anyway, enough bioshock. Different thread for that.

    MOAR free games!11!!1 :P

    Thanks for the offers of keys guys, but I'd rather figure out how to get my legitimately purchased physical copy working before taking a key away from someone else.

    Seems silly to me that I bought a game new/full price I can't play, I hope I can solve that problem on my own.

    If you want to load that key into a heavy bowgun of appropriate shot and clip capacity, and fire it in my direction (while accounting for deviation and compacted range), I would definitely appreciate it.

    And sure, if I can get my own working without it, I'll return it to you. Assuming of course that you neglected recoil reduction, and didn't have a shield affixed to your barrel; thereby making you vunerable to my counter attack.

    Quick point.

    As THQ is gone and Relic got bought all Company of heroes services are being moved to Steam. If you have an old key for company of heroes it'll work on steam now; old retail boxed copies of COH are now steam activatable.

    I got a few copies of this game, my steam account has the copy from before this that I got off the humble bundle and I gave away a few others already ( 2 COH, 1 OF, 1 ToV).

    I've sadly nothing to offer you but someone here may be in a position to if they can find the manual.
