sinusitis/pressure - head feels like its going to explode - help???

hi, ok.. suffer with immense pressure in my face - in my ears, eyes, around nose.. feels like my eye balls are going to pop out of my head.
Background - started off with a sinusitis infection which resulted in fluid in my middle ear. I have had all the usual tests = CT scan confirmed that I have congestion but its not bad enough for them to do anything (invasive) about it.
I am sick of taking sudafed, zirtek, etc. I think its mostly triggered by allergies (i work in a hospital which I think is the cause of it all).

Anyway, seems like i am stuck with this - has anyone else this type of sinusitis? And what have you found to help? Its mostly pressure. But I feel that my glands under my face are constantly swollen too. grr...
