I don't think it's uncool enough to be cool, it just seems unremarkable.

A small thing, but there are 2 Irish owners on this already, and it was imported afer the silly reg system came in which isn't long
Ad says 2 owners from new (9 year old car) but in the last 2 years there have been 2 and who knows how many uk owners

Apart for that though, its ok, I hate text speak in ads though and wouldn't buy it on principle.

Also, seller was also selling a transit recently too, and a mondeo before that. Also selling a towbar for an 09 on avensis.
He's selling because he wants something bigger, but had a mondeo tdci 5 months ago and sold that.... It just all smells of pi$$ to me.

Hardly. Older cars like that tend to change hands a lot quicker than cars of higher value. I'm the 12th owner of mine, and it's only an 01!

Cheers for the info Colm, not buying myself at the moment but I do enjoy this thread. Do you have access to a motorcheck?

Those great British managers at Rover replaced the second ever worst small car (Mini Metro) with the worst ever small car (Indica)

If Maggie had still been in power, she'd have them all shot along with the biggest cnut in history - Red Robbo  :p

Nothing wrong with the Indica, a simple robust machine for rough roads. It may even have been worthwhile selling them in Europe, just not as the hopelessly overpriced cityrover. It just could be a bangernomics gem at the right price.

I doubt there'd be any demand for it in Europe. It's a cheap car for developing countries (like India). For the craic I just looked up the price and the base model diesel retails for €5k over there...

That said chances are I'll be proven wrong. Tata is still planning to sell the Nano in Europe. That car is even cheaper than the Indica!

Victron stuff for sale, Multiplus-II, Quattro, other inverters and batteries and usually some watches!

Dacias sell like hotcakes in Germany. The Cityrover was priced so badly it wasn't funny, that doesn't mean there wasn't a price that made sense.

France more so. The Sandero is #10 in the best selling models. But we're talking €8k for a supermini. Not that cheap. 3 stars safety according to Euro NCAP, not that great.

Tata Indica / Nano have not been NCAP tested afaik

Except that they are very, very cheap :D

Might suit someone just looking for a basic A-B vehicle...

So are bicycles. Which would probably be a better option.

Full years test on this diesel.
Miles look suspiciously low and claim of family owned from new. A quick phone call should get to the bottom of that.
    Auto and I think leather.

    Asking €750.

What you guys think of this?

Thinking of checking it out this weekend.

Looking for something in that price range, reliable and max 1.6.

Or what should I be looking at?

Wanted to ask but didn't want to start a whole thread.

(Sorry I know its prob off topic.)
