Best Internal HDD for Sony Vaio

Hi - Looking for some advice/opinions.

Which would be a good one to get? It'll probably be from Amazon.

SSD hard drives are very very quick. I'd advice considering getting one. Problem is they hold less gigs and cost more but the speed upgrade is hugely noticeable.
