What Is This Digital Sound At Time 1:18 to 1:50 ?

Digital signal interference on ATC ? What is this digital signal ?. I assume it's digital but not sure of it's purpose. I do know that the band-spread audio overlaps on frequency on dublin ATC and london but i'm curious as to the digital sound overlapping the audio signal at time 1:18 to 1:50 and onwards :confused: Audio…
