I'm sorry, these weren't kids, they were 22, 18 etc. What on earth was going on in that family? Why would you socialise with them again?

Something doesn't seem right here. If he wangled his way back into meeting her parents, when he came in the door, why didn't she walk out of it? Why stay in the house and wait for him to visit the bedroom again? I didn't realise you could 'groom' a 22 year old?

    ...yet

Give him a chance, its only been 10 minutes. He'll drag this out for another 10 mins and then the local parish priest will ring in and say what great gaa men they were, etc etc

I am curious to know how somebody can be found guilty if it is one person's word against another's?

I think at some stage this woman needed to just stand up for herself.. Why didnt she scream the house down when he came in to her bedroom when she was 22??? Why did she continue going to social events with the same man? How did she ever allow the situation to arise where this man would have the opportunity to abuse her little sister??

More than likely, he loves to pile on the misery if the sun is shining, Joe thinks that's enough fun for us.

edit: ah yes, good call Tisserand! plus the added bonus of sew-is-soide.

Maybe I'm getting like Joe, barely listening to the callers but I thought she said she wasn't pregnant!
Why is Joe asking her ........oh feck!! Tisserand, have you another chair in the backyard, I think I'll join you..what colour is that paint?

This woman was not really suicidal. If she was, she would have gone and done it. I'm not even sure what her point is in relation to the abortion debate.
