You said it right there when you said probably, which means you have no credible evidence.

Everytime you're asked to provide a link or source you just sidestep the question, this conversation is going nowhere

I don't think the time is right or conditions for armed struggle, that's my view and that's my answer.

You are right this conversation is going nowhere unless you can explain that nonsence. Can you provide a link for that rubbish. Now once again what are your views on dissidents.

Can I provide a link for a personal opinion?what are you on about

I don't know if you have noticed but there is a peace process at the moment and republicans have an alternative to armed struggle so therefore there is no need for armed struggle.

You still haven't provided any evidence for your CAB claims.just admit you have none and you are coming out with wild accusations.

Then why do you expect me to provide a link for my personal opinion. And yes at last i agree with you there is no need for armed struggle, and i am quite aware there is a peace process, read back on my posts. I never made any CAB claims i was responding to another post that CAB have not investigated dissidents in 20 years which is ridiculas. But at least i have an idea where you are coming from now.

"She has done nothing wrong to have remorse."

As mentioned some clown in a liverpool tracksuit outside the court supporting the guy who came out with the heinous quote above.

Who are these people? And how do they get to be so brainwashed?

Sounds like she was an informant, as oppose to an employee.

The entire, malicious media dirty campaign against Alan Ryan laid bare in a Dublin Court.
Paul Williams allegedly interfered with a witness and pressurised him into perjuring himself.
    http://www.thesun.ie/irishsol/homepage/news/4905221/Stokes-da-threat-trial-collapses.html

Alan Ryan always maintained his innocence of the criminal allegations against him, and alleged some journalists were trying to set him up for jail or death.
He never denied being a Republican activist, but virulently denied allegations of extortion and criminality.
Today an Irish Court shone light on the nefarious activities of our media.
Williams would resign today if he had any journalistic integrity.
The Gardai should arrest him for interfering with a witness and inciting a criminal act (perjury)
Those released should contact their solicitors forthwith.

I wouldn't believe a word from these cretin journalists to be honest.
Truth be told, most of them are in the pay of MI5 working in the art of counter insurgency-psychological operations.

Typical shinner/provo "republican" apologist and gob****e, in one post you quote an article in a "newspaper" and in the next you accuse all journalists of being paid by MI5 and liars

No matter what Paul Williams does there is always gob****es who will believe the tripe he prints.

Some people can't make their own minds up in life and need idiots like Williams to tell them how the real world is.

I didn't say ALL journalists. I was referring to a cadre of journalists in Ireland who regurgitate the same misinformation every week, and have done so for their entire career.
    They know who they are.
Regarding the link above it's a verbatim report of a Court case, which concluded that an Irish journalist interfered with a witness, put pressure on a vulnerable individual, same journalist invented false death threats, same journalist incited the vulnerable individual to lie in Court, same journalist tried to send 3 innocent men to jail for periods up to TEN years.
This is bigger than the UK bugging scandal.
Why hasn't he been arrested for witness interference and criminal activities.?

Reporting your post for personal abuse by the way.

Im guessing paul williams hasn't been arrested because it's going to be his word against that Simpson lad who said them things in court.

Which time was the guy lying?

By the way, I don't the the Gardaí take their lead from tabloid crime correspondents. They seem pretty certain that Ryan was involved in all sorts of thuggery, up to and including murder.

Had the Simpson lad perjured as Williams wanted him to do...we would be looking at 3 men going to jail based on lies.
One has to wonder if Williams' whole career is based on lies, misinformation and sexed-up scandalising.
His credibility in now in the gutter. Ironic in that, that is where he based his whole career.
Seems miscarriages of justices is something to be sneered at on Boards.ie....unless it happens overseas of course.
    Banana Republic.

Of course you are presuming that he was lying the first time, rather than the second time.

That's the way you people work all right, use the rules to suit yourself and disregard the laws and rules when it suits also.

    HaHa.
Think you'll find it was Anti Republicans who "disregarded the laws and rules" in this case and tried to create a miscarriage of justice.
    Oh, the irony.

And we all know that Stokes and his buddies are as completely innocent individuals who have never done anything illegal in their lives

I'm not sure if they have or not but that's got absolutely nothing to do with this case.

Once again who knows if they have done anything bad before, but it has absolutely nothing to do this case.

You don't throw someone in jail for something they have never been accused or caught doing, just because you have an opinion of them.

    +1.

It would be just like the provos and their kangaroo courts, except their default sentence was a bullet in the head.

The State and the Westbrit journalists have an agenda against Mr Stokes because he had the audacity to put that Anti Monarchy poster outside his bar and allow fundraisers for prisoners families in his bar..
Crosbie put a pro Monarchy poster outside his hotel the same week.

Crosbie later got an OBE and accolades from the press.
The other was harassed, demonised by the media, arrested and almost framed by the Law (had the witness not changed his story).

This is the stuff of Zimbabwe.
This State does not like political opposition. Even peaceful opposition.
And will use every dirty trick in the book.

Word on the street is that Williams is going to get sued.
He allegedly tried to get these men jailed by interfering with a witness, and during the trial used his position in the media to find them guilty before the Trial even started.
    A reprehensible, morally defunct hack.
