Of course it's deliberate, they're not here to talk about football.

The sad thing about it is, no matter how hard we try - they eventually reach a level were one of us can't fail to bite.

    Anyway, them aside.

Last night was our POTY Ceremony.
    No real surprises.

Player of the Year: Lee McCulloch
Players Player of the Year: Lee Wallace
Young Player of the Year: Lewis Macleod
Sam English Top Scorer Award: Andy Little
Goal of the Season: David Templeton
    John Greig Acheivement: Sandy Jardine

This season is all but done, and we have a lot of building to do before next season.
Boardroom issues aside, we need to start clearing out the players who didn;t work out and building around the players who we know are better than they performed next year.

If at all possible, I'd be looking to ditch Perry, Cribari and Hemmings right off the bat.

We've got Goian returning from loan, but talk is he's going back to Romania which is a good thing. If we can keep Bocanegra on his return, then i'd have him for next season.

Shiels has disappointed me this season, but i don't think we'll be able to offload him too easily.

Alexander looks likely to go, but Cammy Bell should be a more than capable replacement.

One thing we really have to sort out is Ally's tendancy to play players out of position.
We have a decent core squad, which is under performing at the moment, and i think that is a big part of it.

My Romanian colleague (Steaua fan) said Goian is about 95% sure to return to Steaua, since they want a few older players with more experience.

Not a huge loss I'd say.

I still think that McCoist should be replaced though, but I doubt that will happen.

Nope, we certainly couldn't afford to keep both him and Boca anyway - if we can even manage one.

I'm of the same opinion on McCoist.

Why should he be replaced because he knew about Green?

I disagree, however given that the propaganda machine is already in full force, i think its inevitable how this will play out by tomorrow.

Berlin is far superior to Munich

Unless you're into that whole lederhosen thing :D

Oh I think all men should be forced to wear Lederhosen - love that oul knee slapping thing too;)

I have family in Munich so of course I'm going to prefer it:) Berlin always appears kind of dull to me(granted I've never been in the summertime)!

Hopefully by the time the first teams are pitting their wits against eachother we'll be seeing a good number of these players appearing on both sides.
    Scottish football needs it.

Old firm no longer exists bear.

The young Celtic hopefuls being beaten by the youth players from a 4th division side then.

That kind of makes it even worse.
