I have just received a form from the Dept of Social Protection form number UP19 7/09. Asking for education, work and jobs I have applied for. Never had one of these before and I am curious as to if anyone else has received this in the past?

Why are the dept of Social protection writing to me? is this normal?

It very common if you are on jobseekers allowance.
Its to show them that you are actually actively looking for work and assessing what education standard/skills you might have.
