This whole "we won't tip the pick and show them getting a phonecall" but having Mayock not-so-subtle giving it away when he already knows is pretty annoying.

Was going to say that. Suddenly when the pick is in Mayock goes on a rant and basically tells us who it is.

EJ Manuel lol, worst pick of the first round for sure imo.

Very interesting! Would have preferred Geno here but I think it's a better pick than Barkley/Nassib!

I think bills could have gotten him in the second round easy!

    Talk about a reach

Huge reach. Someone is going to get Aaron Rodgers like value when they take Geno.

Crap pick by the way. What a waste.

Patterson next to The Steelers. Best WR.

Geno is not as good as Manuel and when you read my previous post you will see that I don't rate Manuel at all.

Probably! Especially with no QBs gone thus far!

I think they are both equally questionable. Neither should have went in the first.

If there is a run on them you never know.

I like Geno alot tbh. I thought the Bills would have got good value picking him at 8.

Manuel is terrible. I'd have said something if they took Barkley over Geno bit it's crazy stuff taking Manuel.

I was hoping the Steelers wouldn't get Jarvis Jones but it was inevitable really. Very good pick for them unfortunately. He'll slot in there straight away and do well.

Very true! I thought the eagles might move up for him late in the first! But 16!

Could damage Nassib now that the Bills didn't take him!

Great pick by the Steelers, best pass-rusher in the draft.

  • Registered Users Posts: 37,796 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

Woohoo I got that pick right in my mock. Jarvis Jones to the Steelers was just so obvious.

Holy crap Cowboys got nothing in return for that trade

    Wow high for Reid

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,553 ✭✭✭madalig12

Reid....thought they might pick the best TE, still fills a need.

    Does seen like very little??

I would have went Cyprien over Reid!

So Shariff Floyd, Bjorn Werner, Tank Carradine, Xavier Rhodes all available.

Floyd would be a typical Reese "catch a falling star" move. Otherwise we go Rhodes

Fills a need and dirt cheap.

All the trades have been good to great value.

Happy with that, 100 more points on my card

    Here we go. Giants fan

    Hoping for Ogletree

  • Registered Users Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Niners were probably worried about Bengals or Rams snapping him up so got in there first.

I agree with Taidgh though, Cyprien would be my next best safety after Vaccarro.

I don't know why you think Smith is so good but he really isn't.

If its Justin Pugh I'm going supporting the Jets :(

Cubs managed to win a game there, please draft someone good Emery and don't ruin this glorious night!

Te'o would really surprise me, Emery has been talking about him publicly, the only guy he has talked about, which made me rule him out. Emery never talks about business in public.

I just think he s a very talented QB. Strong arm, runs up tempo offense, athletic. I like him alot

    Wow, great call Mayock.
