    What kind of training did student nurses undertake before the degree programme? (I don't know any nurses personally). In my experience the younger nurses who have done this degree programme are far more professional than the older ones.

    I'm not sure they're more aware. From my own experience from a year or two ago, watching nurses ignoring blood stains on a floor seems like a complete lack of awareness to me.
