Could anyone recommend the closest colour car wax for a Monaco blue colour car? Cheers

You don't have to match the colour of the wax with the colour of the car if you move out of the bargain basement turtle wax colour tragic range!

I went to my local motor factors and bought some car plan rubbing compound which they recommended to get rid of some small scratches. I also got some very good wax which they recommended too. The car looks really well as a result but some of these small little scratches haven't disappeared. Anyone have any thoughts on the best solution to get rid of these? What about those magic pens you'd see on tv, are they a waste of time?
