The vinyl was badly applied, and he makes it sound like a feature!
Waaay too expensive as well, sure you're nearly in candy territory with that!

2. Stick on some awful stickers that seem to obstruct full viewing of the monitor.

I sold it for a lot less than 499 !! This was the first one I built

and ya the vinyl was pretty bad on the corners alright, never wrapping a cab like that again as its a total pain to get right.

Its a nice little single player cab but way too expensive unless the motherboard he installed is running a quad i7 or something. I sold the 2 player wooden finished one for around that price and that was a far far superior machine in very way.

What plans did you use for yours? Something like the weecade?

I was going to build one of these myself. I can get my hands on a fairly decent laptop with a broken screen for free I'd say. Would I get away with running some emu on that?

No plans really, just started with a 15" screen, a few sheets of cardboard and tried out different shapes and sizes until I was happy with it.

Ya this one started life as a broken laptop as well.

Ah to be fair he did replace the motherboard with a good one, the original one I sold it with was ok'ish but not able for Hyperspin with all the bells and whistles enabled or later mame stuff.

Haha did anyone see the €50 yellow NES with no cables, no joypads and last time it was turned on it has the flashing red LED.
Maybe I should give him the benefit of the doubt that it was suppose to be listed as €5 NOT €50

is it even the official one? looks like something that they put together on their laptop and printed off to make a homemade case.

Yeah he just printed it off the cover project and put it in a plastic sleeve, hilarious.
