What is the normal timeframe for new connections?

    Hi,

    Just wondering how long a potential residential customer should expect to wait for a connection onto the simple telephone exchange?

    I ordered at the beginning of March and still no sign of a telephone line. I have rang customer service on numerous occasions but no one seems to know what is going on with my order.

    It has gone beyond a joke at this stage to be honest.
