Wahst the best site to book multitrip flights, and when should I book them, I tried kayak.co.uk and sometimes they go up and the come down by a few 100 euro

Expedia.com.au is what I generally use. Just booked my flights home for xmas via dubai on it actually.

If you don't care who you fly with theres one called jetabroad that can be really cheap. You may end up flying all over the place though.
