Hi, Insecurities in a relationship i mean. who here suffers with them? i do . my gf was abroad for a work conference for a few days and she was going out every night with people. i made me so insecure. i hate it. i try my best to hide it from her. i know its totally my problem and i have to deal with it. any suggestions?…

Keep handling it the way you are and those sorts of feelings will fade away. Just the same as someone who indulges every emotion (and doesn't consider the issue might be with themselves) will experience those feelings more and more.
