    thats exactly it. I know of one case where a speculator bought two "river side" properties in the boom borrowed 600K€ and both properties have been repossessed and sold by the bank (for 150K€ for teh two)

    you cant afford to stay where live => you no longer live there
    at least in overy other country i've lived in....
