    thats exactly it. I know of one case where a speculator bought two "river side" properties in the boom borrowed 600K€ and both properties have been repossessed and sold by the bank (for 150K€ for teh two)

    you cant afford to stay where live => you no longer live there
    at least in overy other country i've lived in....

    Did this woman say it was 140k and went up to 240k? Who did she borrow from? Some of these lenders, not the banks but the others, where just licensed money lenders Its a disgrace Joe

    have'nt heard the show in about 3 weeks now and it'll be another 3 weeks before i hear it again.

    I'm beginning to miss that fake concern tone of voice for the poor unfortunate listeners......ah who am i kidding :D

    Neigh...it will be the poor public servants who all about to commit sewaside because they are threatened with a 7% pay cut. Some of them may even have to sell off their second or third houses.
