Natural stone quarries/suppliers?

    Hi
    Trying to source natural stone quarries, with limestone and sandstone. There must be loads out there. Can anyone help me out, forward a few contact details by PM? :)

    It depends on what you are after. Colours can vary.
    Co. Clare is a good place to look, lots of natural stone quarries.

    Just as a general note it is worth remembering that if the stone is being used to face a part of a house elevation or a road bounrdry wall that the LA's like the use of local indigenous stone as opposed to going half way around the country to find a quarry.

    On that note it would help if we knew what general area you were based in.

    Hope it's ok to bring this post back to life but I'm in the same boat and looking for natural stone in the north east. Also can I ask what depth is cut stone usually for applying to dwellings?
