Thanks to your clues, I looked up Mary Tyler Moore on IMDb and found that she was in a movie with Elvis called Change of Habit

So that's number 5 I reckon.

It is Dark Blue. Scott Speedman in the photo. He was in that dross Last Resort on TV recently. Dark Blue was a good film with a very good cast and Kurt Russell exceptional in the lead. Narc was released around the same time and is a far superior movie.
