    Assuming they have zero intelligence on these groups. Quite an assumption there, you'd probably admit. You'd also have to wonder why she'd bother. And surely the CIRA will be disavowing her?

    I presume you don't belong to the CIRA, or a group that supports political violence, so I don't really see how it reflects on you or SF at all?

    Yep. You seemed unable to accept the notion of Republicans objecting to Thatcher on grounds unrelated to the hunger strikes and having beliefs unrelated to NI etc.

    You arent allowing for the fact that certain sectors of society, hide behind the banner of Republicanism in order to have an excuse to create mayhem.

    I dont endorse the actions of the IRA or any dissident group by any means but i think the actions of this nutjob were done on her own watch while flying the ira banner and if anything the upper hierarchy would consider her a liability and have her dealt with regardless of whether or not she had any links with them
