Stone Roses and Florence was a great show last year. Will be on tenterhooks waiting for this

I'd say Artic Monkeys or Mumford will be one of them.

What dates are they looking at for this?

Foos last year was a mental day/night.

Has to be Kings of Leon...i hope so anyway! Would also love Biffy Clyro or Arctic Monkeys, both are quite good possibilities too!

Think the did the same 2 years back with Eminem. Very strange way of selling a festival.

What's the chances KOL are also playing Dublin or Oxegen and they are trying to maximize sales by announcing a gig up North first?

Yeah I think you are right there.Well I wont be buying any tickets till I see a a bit more of the line up.
I am not going to a festival where I just like one band.
I have to like some of the acts too.

Tennents Vital costs £50 with more bands... If they where playing on their own it would cost 70-75euro which is a bit too steep... Personally from what Tennents Vital have done the last 2 years the lineup tends to suit all/most people... Anyone think this will sell out? Eminem was gone within 10mins but not sure if Kings of Leon would sell out?

Huh? What do you mean? ... I know they sold out straight away in the o2 or near enough that but I still got tickets... Just wondering if I could wait a week or so to buy my ticket for this event...

Don't understand what you mean about them selling out along time ago? ... Maybe the pre-sale ticket's sold out but the majority of tickets are sold on Friday...

Any rumours/educated guesses on who'll be announced for the second night?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27 Gideon Graves

Green Day or Muse seem to be the only likely candidates left.
