4 meter lintel/rsj on block on its flat

im doing a kitchen extension. and therses going to be a 4 mt window just below roof level. the roof will be sloped and have joists so the ceiling follows through from existing kitchen. the wall construstion is blocks on the flat which are 215mm , there will be external insulation on the blocks after. so my question is what…

so my question is what options do i have for the rsj/ lintel?
im thinking of going ahead with a rsj but have looked into the catnic/keystone lintels at 4.2 meters but these are 300mm wide and not 215 which i need.
im not an engineer and dont have the money for one, im just looking for opnions, nothing official needed, like is an rsj my only option?
