Digs near the Fas Centre

Hey going for a 4 week course down there in 2 months the center that's located in the industrial park just wondering is there much digs available or short term rooms to rent? i don't have a car so as near to the fas center as i can would be ideal? thanks in advance.:)

Theres a few pubs around near Fas go for a few pints in their and im sure youll get digs by the end of the night!, sorry couldnt resist! theres lots of people doin digs around there your not looking in the right place maybe?

Lismore Park is a massive estate right next to it.. 10 to 20 min walk taking your time depending on which side of it you're on.
The place is full of student houses which are just going to be lying empty so I'd try ringing around a few landlords there and seeing if they are willing to let you stay for the month (going rate is about €65 a week in there btw :P)

A few years ago when i was doin phase 2 of my apprenticeship it was in the same Fas centre. I got a dig on Claremount rd Lismore my god what a mistake did i make lol. If your getting a dig down there do not get one in Bellybeg- kip and full of knackers and mad sconers or Any where in or near lismore another kip across from Ballybeg. There an estate a bit away from Ballybeg. Its called Templars Hall really lovely sized modern rooms nice houses sharing. 60 to 70 euro nice estate too. Avoid ballybeg and lismore houses shabby poor conditions more rent **** holes full of riff raff too . Fas centre not from there too
