Trying to Pay HWVS with Elec Money Transfer

I'm trying to pay for my order on HWVS via transfer from Bank of Ireland 365 Online but I'm getting asked fro address details of both the Payee and their Bank. What can I do? Do I have to do this transfer in a branch? :(
