I won the Tidy Towns art competition twice in a row in Mayo when I was in Primary School, if that counts. One of the perks was shaking hands with the Rose of Tralee at the time during the awards ceremony.

Turns out the Rose of Tralee at the time was Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin, i.e. the chick from Celebrity Bainisteoir and some other RTE endeavours lolz

Thats her there, not bad, not bad... I grew to appreciate wimminz since I was 9.
