Australia's Dumbest purse snatcher runs through a window and knocks himself out

A thief was injured while fleeing a newsagency where he snatched a 50-year-old woman's purse yesterday.


The man suffered cuts and fell to the ground after running into a glass window, next to a sliding door, between 10am and 10.40am.


He had earlier run up behind the woman at the store and stolen her purse.
Bystanders who witnessed him running into the window, but were not aware of the theft, helped him until another offender approached and warned them to leave him alone.
Both men left the area in a stolen green Lexus
