So it should be like "I got out of my caaaw, went into the baaaw and danced like a staaaw, daawling!"

    Go back ti'england with ye!

If pronunciation pedants followed their own logic, they ought to insist that these pronunciations are correct, being "standard." But of course that would be silly, because part of the charm and power of the English language is its variation of pronunciations and vocabulary. When we get annoyed by a "mispronunciation," it's usually because it's different from what we're used to, and not because it's inherently wrong.
Personally, I don't care about someone's pronunciation if it's clear what they mean.

Yeah but they say dis sipline

So they put a pause between the first and second syllable? That's quite different from "disSipline."

And idiots who say Iteli instead of Italy.

    Again, what's the difference?

Most of these pronunciation "mistakes" are due to accents rather than deliberately saying the word wrong.

The word is genuine. Gen - you - in. Not that difficult.

Both pronunciations are common enough to be considered standard.

It's not deliberate but it is ignorance. Some can be explained by accent but some are just people saying the word completely incorrectly.
