How many are relegated/promoted in the leagues?

Just wondering how the football league is set up this year - is it a case of the bottom two in Division One are relegated and the top two in Division Two are promoted or is it just the bottom team and the second bottom team go into a play off against 2nd in Division Two while 1st in Division Two go up also. Needless to say the permutations are interesting...
