I probably didn't help by posting before, so I'm doing this as a mod now. Let's stick to the topic instead of what we should be outraged about.

I really believe for crimes like this the punishment should be the perpetrators being locked in a room with members of the victims family. With no repercussions legal or otherwise for what goes on in the room.

... Why? What would it accomplish?

That's one of the stupidest things that I've ever read. Basically, people related to victims of violent crimes should then be in turn allowed to become savage murderers themselves without consequence?

I don't think wanting the opportunity to kill (or whatever you're implying) is going to be the likely reaction to someone having lost a baby in such a horrible way.

These type's of scumbag things that happen in the States is the reason why i legally carry.I live in a gated community in an up scale part of Florida.Last year a guy in our complex was shot twice in the head at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon ffs.Another happened at a Friends work.Sitting outside in a garden bar of a nice hotel.Customer walks up to another group having a quiet drink at the bar, they have a word to each other, guy goes back to his room comes back and shoots the guy point blank in the head.Tells the guys girlfriend to let him die or she will get it too.Walks over to the bar grabs a bottle of vodka, puts the gun down and goes and waits for the police at the front of the hotel.2pm on a sunny Sunday afternoon with the garden bar packed with familys. This is crazy hope those guys fry....

    They're not exclusive.

Revenge and justice often go hand in hand.

    Sometimes we call it "closure".

Nah that ain't gonna get no baby gangsta's any clout. From my experience with US gangs they might as well be heading to prison as pedophiles for some sick shít like that. Utter scum.

Actually, I am going to wait for more details. There were numerous other stories involving the mother killing her children then blaming a Black dude for the crime. Now, they have suspects for thus case but my skeptic nature wonders if the father was involved.

Do sky news have some sort of agenda?

I wonder if a black kid was shot by a black or white guy would they go with the story, also showing a picture of the baby to show he was white, it looks to me someone has some sort of anti black agenda.

    Terribly sad and horrific story.

I bet if a white guy/guys shot and killed a black baby like this, not only would the coverage be non-stop, global and filled with emotional editorials, it would be considered a "hate crime" and charges to match would be filed.

Why no hate charges here, I wonder......?

I think its more a case of having a laugh at some of the names that people choose to give the children they don't bother to raise properly and expect it to hold up on a job application. Just setting that little bastard up for success from day 0.

Because there is no evidence to support it. Even in the Treyvon Martin case, there was wafer thin evidence to support it, and the media could only make it look like a hate crime by splicing theeee heellll out of the 911 call audio. That was the day I stopped watching TV news.

Hopefully when convicted they will be put in solitary confinement with 23 hour lockdown for the rest of their lives to think about what they have done.

I've said it before that I think some people are just born bad to the bone and the bleeding hearts come on bladdering about how hard a life people have and all they need is a hug etc.

Lots of folks had a hard life and are good honest people.

Not sure I agree there is "no evidence" since two black guys shot and killed a blue eyed baby.
And there was zero evidence of any "hateful" intention in the Trayvon Martin case, since George Zimmerman's life history was filled with altruistic activity aimed at helping blacks in his community. Plus, the media falsely promoted a baby-looking picture of Trayvon when in reality he was anything but, as Zimmerman's serious injuries make clear.

That was the day I stopped watching TV news

Now that made my day! Viva the day we all follow suit ;)
