I have a letter from the social welfare enquiring about some payments and Ive been advised to chat to my local Citizens Information Centre this week.

How neutral are they in a matter like this given that they're government funded?

    Cheers

    Jerry

They're completely neutral, there to report facts only, can't give advice.
