How do you translate shin splints to polish

Hi All,

Could anybody explain to me shin splints in polish?
Please, do not revert me back to automatic translators like google - been there, is all rubbish, need someone with running experience.

If you need to describe the problem to a medical practitioner, perhaps you might have more luck using the medical name (Medial tibial stress syndrome, or tibial periostitis). The Google translate results for these two conditions may be better than a google translation of 'shin-splints'.

Possibly a bit like the French "Heavy Legs" which doesn't exist as a condition anywhere else.

I was getting this on each of my long runs before, didn't know there was a pill to take :mad:
