    Only the admin and boards.ie staff have acess to your email address and IP.

    They are indeed. First thing they do before turning them loose is bring them to the vet and neuter them. It makes them less likly to stray and more contented to sit for hours reading shyte total strangers feel compelled to foist on the world. It took four strong men to hold Mickey Dolenz down apparently. The roars were unnatural.

    What do you mean by vetted? As already stated, mods don't have access to any private information, that is restricted to boards staff and admins. Even at that, the only information we have access to is your sign-up e-mail address and whatever IP addresses you happen to post from, so we're not likely to call to your door any time soon. Any misuse of the information available to us would result in an immediate de-adminning, and most likely a permaban from Boards. I can't say exactly what actions would be taken against staff as I don't work for Boards, but I know that they take data protection extremely seriously, so I would imagine that they have policies in place to cover this.

    Please re-read my post, I stated that mods don't have access to personal information, only Boards staff and admins do.

    The mods removed your post from earlier because it contained far too much information about another poster. I accept that this information is freely available, as you posted, but if someone wants to find that stuff out then let them do so themselves.
