I had a yolk leftover from making macaroons so I added it to scrambled eggs, which I cooked with wholegrain mustard and baby spinach. Served on McCambridge's bread. Yum!

That's a really good idea. I never thought of melting chocolate into a pancake.

Dunno what it's called, but we had an Indian-style chapati stuffed with potato, spinach, chilis and garam masala served with a raita-style dip. Delicious.

This probably belongs in either the lunch or dinner threads because I woke up far later than breakfast time. Eggs baked in ramekins lined in the last of the super thin, smoked Dutch bacon I brought back from my holidays (note to self: always buy twice if not thrice as much bacon as you think you want. You tit.) Roundy toast, strawberries, greek yoghurt & little chocolate chip brioche rolls from Aldi warmed up in the oven.
