Free Parking on Kennedy Quay

While the tarmac roads outside are City Council Disc Parking areas.... it looks lie the concrete quay itself has free parking, I consistently see about 12 cars parked there with no markings on them, sadly many people have driven into the water here over time so I'm reluctant to be seen driving around looking whats the jazz?

yep , its free parking there all right , you'd want to be there early (pre 8am) to get a spot though.
