I found this entry on the internet, there a song by Skrillex called Bug Hunt (Noisa Remix).

    http://www.songonlyrics.com/soundtracks/wreck-it-ralph-soundtrack-list.html
That's close to what I'm looking for but after looking it up on Youtube, it's not the actual track playing in the scene but something of an 8 bit remix. :(

I'm after the name of a song, and the only lyrics I've to go by is "Ghosts (slight pause) In the machine" in the main chorus. I tried Google but all that came up was mostly heavy metal bands but his was the complete opposite. It's a very soft, relaxing tone similar to that of Ed Sheeran or Of Monters and Men. Really appreciate the help, really bugging me! :)

That's it.:D A different singer. I can't believe you found it for me. I have not heard it for many, many years. and i never knew the name of it. That is really amazing when i had so little of the words and some of them were wrong. Thanks a million.

@Freesia1...no bother, bit of fun too. I must admit to being a bit embarrassed when I realised it was Donny and Marie Osmond:D:D

"I'm Leaving It All Up to You" is a song first put out by the Don & Dewey duo in 1957 and written by Dewey Terry and Donald Harris, the members of that duo.[citation needed] It was popularized by Dale and Grace, becoming a number-one hit for the duo in the United States on the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks in late 1963. It was the first time a hit duet was succeeded by another duet on the number-one spot.[1]

I've never heard it before but the original version is so so much better...

and the Dale and Grace version good too.

Don and Dewey are the ones i heard on the tape all those years ago . Once again you have came up trumps and thanks for all the info regarding the different singers. i really appreciate all the trouble you have gone to.:)

@Freeisa!, 'twas no problem at all. Pleasure.

Just noticed that Linda Ronstadt did a version too. Its not my usual sort of music, but its a cracking strong song. Sooner or later someone is gonna chart with it again.

There's a song that I've heard on the radio a few times and shazam can't ID.

It's got an electronic beat with a female vocal saying something like 'scary monster, go no further' followed by a synthesized guitar.

Sorry for the crap description. Been wrecking my head!

    Thanks
    Quad

Sorry if this isn't quite how this thread works but...

In the first few lines of "high hopes" by Kodaline the lead singers kind of "talking" voice sounds like a Chris De Burgh song. I've been trying to narrow down what one, can anyone help.

That link won't work on my phone but would it be Spanish Train?
A lot of talk/singing in that.

It's definitely off the album Spanish train.

But its softer then Chris' tone in Spanish train, and its only accompanied by piano. Like I could be talking complete ****, that Kodaline track is great. This has been pissing me off for days now though.
