Health and Safety Coordinator - JobBridge placement

I seen on a website from a well known company that they are looking for a Health and Safety coordinator which it's a jobbridge placement, I've completed level 5 Fetac level 5 course and I feel I would avail of this position. Can I even sent my CV? just want your thoughts on it

On the ad for it, look down towards the bottom of the page, and it says there what education/qualification they need you to have. If it's the one I think you're talking about, then no they've specified they want someone with a third level qualification.
