Question about HSBC FTSE tracker fund

    Basically I was expecting some money into my account yesterday but it didn't come in until today.

    This caused me to be overdrawn when my predetermined monthly amount for my HSBC tracker fund came out this morning on the 1st. The money was returned in pretty quickly

    Just wondering what happens now, if anyone knows? By 12pm I had enough money in the account for the tracker fund but it still acted as if there was not enough funds I guess?

    Will it try again or do I have to contact them? Thanks

    was on holidays and didn't get a chance to contact them yet.

    Anyone any idea what happens when this occurs?
