tony s will be on tv again tomorrow as part of gym - reality bites on rte 2 at 9pm. UL arena's richie clifford is one of the 4 subjects of the show.

ah lad, that is actually a lovely thing to say.... thank u... im taken back cuz normally all i get on boards is abuse. Really happy with how the show went last night. Lots of positive messages and great promotion for the two gyms I have membership in particularlly Carrick Fitness Centre who need it.
