NCT Centre Carrick on Shannon - Location?

Folks, Can anyone tell me exactly where the nct centre is in Carrick on Shannon? I have an idea from the nct site but I've never been & won't have the time to drive around looking for it. Is it in beside Tesco & Woodie's or further out the Dublin road? Much appreciated.

Take the first road on right past woodies and tesco going out dublin rd
down there a few hundred yards on right.
