Anyone recommend a good venue for 40th?pub/hotel

Hi Was hoping someone could recommend a good north side Dublin or city centre venue for a 40th birthday....to suit people from age 30 to 70....not looking to rent a room,maybe an area in a pub/hotel....with food option....trying to keep everyone happy will be a challenge so all advice gratefully appreciated!
