What to wear with a denim jacket

I've just bought a denim jacket and looking for some opinions here as to what would look best with it. What type (and colour) pants, what sort of top underneath it would people suggest looks best?

corresponding jeans. and a t-shirt

or you could rip the arms off n wear it over a leather jacket.

You should go for the full denim look. A matching pair of skinny jeans with a denim shirt under your jacket. You'll look fantastic!
