Can someone tell me how to update the uefi on an asrock z68 extreme4 gen3?

    Hi all,

    I'm really stuck here! So i have windows 8 installed on my pc and i just upgraded my graphics card to a gtx680. I have uninstalled all my old drivers but i need to update my uefi from the old version in order to disable secure boot so i can install the new drivers.

    I have the download link for the compatible ones (I think), got them here:

    I know i have to put that on usb and load the boot menu but after that I don't have a clue so any help would be much appreciated!
